His background in theatre drives his nature of storytelling, and his affinity for technology pushes his love for optimization. Brendan focuses on empowering his team members by building their confidence and self-esteem; his affiliative leadership style creates high functioning autonomous teams.

His most recent work includes Super Bowl Half Time Shows, Wrestlemania, MTV's Video Music Awards, and studio tv shows. He also developed and maintained an ERP system for multiple profit centers by syncing Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Shopify with data exports to QuickBooks and ADP.
